WorldOfWar WOTLK expansion?

Buy Viagra class="content">No. It's an expansion, and thus the original game is required.
BC is also required because you can't even use any features from WotLK without finishing up BC. (You have to be 70 to go there, and the base game only lets you get to 60.)
Short answer: you need both.
