World Of Warcraft Profession Advice?

Currently I am a 450 miner and a Jewelcrafter (Level 80), and I was wondering if it would be viable to drop mining for engineering. The reasons I have for doing this is because next patch engineers are getting some pretty cool stuff, and my dailys can fund the necessary expenses. (I'm planning on making the shift after the patch is released to capitalize on all the other engineer's needs for titansteel bars)

If you can afford it, sure. Although I heard that engineering goes well with mining – and so does jwc. It also depends on your class and whether you want to do more PvE or PvP. But if you can afford leveling engineering… it is a very cool profession, so why not?
i guess so you, if you can buy the mats for it then i would go for it…otherwise i would say get rid of jewelcrafting, hardly see any wrk for those on trade

You should be using a minimum of 1Gb with 7 and 3Gb max with 32 bit version and more with 64 bit versions ie. 4-6Gb.

I think a lot depends on your gyn doc. But since they know its your first exam they should be patient and explain everything. You can talk to them before any exam is done and ask them what to expect. They should explain to you what they are going to do and what they are doing as they do it so that you are not left in the dark wondering what's going on.
The biggest advice I can give would be to try to relax, listen to music you like, or something to distract yourself.
I know relax is easier said than done. But, its best not to be tense. Plus, you should have a chaparone in the room with you while you are being examined. I don't mean a parent or friend, I mean a nurse will be there. It's law in most states to protect people and doctors both.
