I used to play Runescape myself, but believe me World of Warcraft is a way better game. RS is a minor time passer in comparison to WoW. Though, WoW IS pretty addicting, so I hope you have some sport your interested in before playing WoW so you have a way to distribute your time.

dude this game is the best mmorpg but i was addicted for more than 2 years it got bad i did nothing but farm and get gear my comp died and i went into withdraw but after a week i relized that it controled me, be carefull about this game im not saying dont play it just dont make getting that next big gear more important than going out with friends. have fun

We have done all of these at one time or another. We have currently just kept our tradition to reading THE Christmas Story from the Bible and singing one or two carols. Even the younger kids don't mind the wait because it's part of the ambiance and family time that we all enjoy at this time of year.
