I have a level 70 beast master hunter i like him and the exotic pets but is the marksman better and will i lose my exotic pets if i change my talents and want to change back

You probably won’t lose the pet, but you won’t be able to use them.
First off what do you mean by exotic pets? If you are talking about them changing big and red, then you won’t be able to because that is a talent but if you are talking about a frost sabre or something I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t lose them.
You should still be able to use them regardless though, they just won’t have the special skills such as beastial wrath.
Each tree has its different specialties. It depends if you like to raid or arena or just pvp. I quit WoW 3 months ago so I couldn’t exactly tell you whats good for what, but if I remember correctly, beast master was good in two vs two arenas, and some three vs three but marksman was better in five vs five. I didn’t do pve so I couldn’t help you there. Although I THINK it was marksman but I’m not sure.

I wouldn't go on any prescription medication especial diet pills without the doctor having my full medical history. I wouldn't necessary transfer the file, just have them send him a copy or better yet have them make you a copy and carry it with you to the doctor who will be seeing you for your diet needs.
