World Of Warcraft – I Need Advice From A 60 Rogue?

how are rogues? i mean in damage and how fun they are and survivabilty compared to hunters. i am refreshing the page the whole time so that i can get an answer because i really need to know which either a hunter or r rogue is better. i know u might say "it depends on what you like to do " but i need to know like which is more wanted , which does better damage and that stuff. also.. how are rogues in survivability? ( i have a 29 hunter and a rogue i will start most definatley if you tell me that they are better) thanks

I have both a 60hunter and a 60rogue. Neither are my main though.
I always found the hunter to be more enjoyable. But it really all comes down to your playstyle. Do you like to sic your pet on someone then sit back and pew pew or do you like to get in there and be all stabby and stuff
Rogues and Hunters in my guild both swear by their respective class. As a raid leader i have found both have their strengths and weaknesses. With hunters probably having a bit more survivability. Rogues been able to spam out the damage on single target bosses. Rogues have found it a bit harder to keep on the damage charts with some of the later bosses requiring costant moving around.
In pvp atm both have had significant increases in damage and utility through talent changes. Still love my hunter though
I honestly think that rogues are great fun for PVP and Hunters aren’t so much fun.
End game instances I’ve found it’s easier to get in as a Hunter than a rogue.
As for survivability, I think both are great and running away. However, if you’re caught and outmatched you’re screwed either way.
i have a rogue and my boyfriend has a hunter, my boyfriend doesn’t like playing his hunter because they depend so much on ranged attacks and only have raptor strike for melee combat. rogues are also good because they can pickpocket and pick locks and can get around easily using stealth and i know people like them in instances for their crowd control with sap and in instances like Ulda and SM where there are locked chests
