Need World Of Warcraft Advice?

I have played wow for a few weeks and i am level 33 human paladin my account seems a bit messed up i have tried various accounts so i know how to play its just i have very low mining and skinning and i cant really mine or skin buy amoxicillin without prescription anything my level e.g skin level 20+ beast and also i can only mine like copper and tin also i have missed various quests around diferent areas would you restart if so wat char i was thinking a rogue cheers
