My friend has got me talked into getting WoW. I would like to know how chick friendly, and newbie friendly it is. From what i have herd so far not very many other girls(real ones) play. I am female and relitively new to online gameing. I play Ancient anguish (anguish.org) and absolutely love it , but i would like to try some other games. if you have any advice for warcraft it would be greatly apprecieated.

I’m a girl, 17, and I play WoW. There’s a difference between a newbie, and a noob. A newbie is someone who is new to the game and is still in the learning process. A noob is a rude loser who asks “Can I HAV SUM GOLD PLZ?!”, and when you say no, reply’s “U suck nub! STFU!”. WoW is not NOOB friendly.
It’s a fun, great game, I like it a lot!
Try to be as friendly as you can, being friendly can get you good friends and with those good friends, quicker leveling, sweet items on group raids. Avoid the usual scam and avoid begging, but begging won’t be necessary, since usually, you can earn decent money at the starting area of your race, and that should kick you off into the world. Be wary, if you play in the PVP servers, watch out for Alliance/Horde raiders, they’ll charge and they can kill you quickly, they are usually over level 30. Occasionally, the newbies will want to have an adventure, so they may follow the group into the cities. If you play on a normal server, the only way you can PVP is if you flag yourself for PVP. If you flag yourself, you have to avoid combat for 15 minutes, I think, then you can unflag yourself again. To flag yourself, type /flag in chat.
Er, roleplay servers, not too sure. But they are roleplay, so roleplay on.
It is about as chick friendly in RL but I would agree with your friend that more guys play wow. I have met rude people and nice people. The nice people are placed on my friends list and the rude people can be put on an ignore list. (harassing behavior can also be reported) If you have on line experience (seems like you do) at identifying ‘rude/mean’ people in your current “game/IM” you should have no problem identifying these people in wow.
I usually suggest new people begin with their RL friends in wow. Or join a medium to small guild of people that your on line friends are already in and know the people. Existing guilds are good at weeding-out bad people and provide a good support to learn and continue leveling.
If anyone types “Are you a real girl” to you, that is a sign of trouble. Ignore and move on.
In the end, its a great game, and all my pleasent experiences easily outweigh my bad ones.
There’s actually a surprisingly big population of women who play the game both by themselves and with their significant others. I’m one of them!
I tried just on a whim in December and was hooked right away. Great game and lots of fun!
Is warcraft that fun?
You need a car. If your destination is not on the trolley line, you'll waste hours waiting for or riding the bus.
Some must see attractions are the world famous Zoo, Sea World, and Balboa Park. Balboa Park is the largest urban cultural park in the country. You can get a park passport which allows you entry to a dozen museums as well as the zoo.
My favorite museum in the park is the San Diego Model Railroad Museum. It has some of the largest model layouts in the world.
Mission and Pacific Beach are your best bet for fun in the sun. Belmont Park has a vintage wooden roller coaster as well as other rides.
North County San Diego is home to the Zoo's Wild Animal Park. There are multi acre enclosures where herds of wild animals roam plus lots of hiking trails.
La Jolla offers great views, great food, and shopping.
Check out the surfers at historic Windansea Beach. At low tide you can walk out onto the tide pools. Walk along the Cove and check out the caves. Visit the Museum of Contemporary Art. Take a stroll on Prospect St and check out the shops, galleries, and have some authentic Mexican food and Alfonso's. Then head to the Birch Aquarium at The Scripps Institution of Oceanography. It has a spectacular view of the bluffs over the Pacific Ocean.
The Old Point Loma Lighthouse at the Cabrillo National Monument offers great views of the downtown skyline, San Diego Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. On a clear day you can see all the way to Mexico.
For nightlife, the Gaslamp Quarter offers dining, drinking and dancing. It's also the home of Petco Park and the San Diego Padres major league baseball team.
Pacific Beach also has some great nightlife.

Buy the Warcraft 3 battlechest it comes with Warcraft 3, the expansion set for that and the strategy guides for them. It costs $40s at Best Buy for a new copy, i dont know about used. Its a pretty good deal for 2 games, 2 strategy guides. Hope this helps.
Supposing deities does not solve the problem of why the universe (or deities) bother to exist.

Best Man Speeches and how to make a best man speech with funny best man speech examples
It is absolutely true that humanity has developed into an interdependent global society which means that whatever we do towards others is going to effect the conditions of and how we experience the world. Regular people as much as the government are responsible, to the degree of their ability, for using the connections between us in a positive benevolent way through our families, and work, and cultural, political framework whatever that may be.
All the problems that we experience now such as poverty, wars, financial and economic collapse, decay of social and family systems, disease and mental illness, all come from our inability to correctly relate to one another in the closed global system that we have. We are responsible to change these relationships between us to a good form that results in sustenance and harmony in the whole of humanity and every person.
