Need Advice For World Of Warcraft?

I'm not very good at the game so I would delete my characters when it got to hard or if I got bored, now I think I will start playing again but i'm not sure what to do will I need to make a character with a race I don't like so I don't need to play the same content over or do I just try no prescription drugs to level past what I've already played?
I'm thinking about making an orc but I'm not sure really.
I need advice here are some rough estimants of the characters that I remember having there were others.
Blood Elf Hunter Level 33
((Quit becuase didn't like character or the PvP server.))
