Any advice on making my world of warcraft run faster?

I have the game world of warcraft, but it is pretty slow when i play.
i hear alot of people saying they want it to be at a good 60 FPS.
But i just want to be atleast 20. My game rite now only runs at a average of 7FPS.
Im only 14 and have 100$ to spend that i got for christmas, i usally get a 10$ a week thing.
anywayz, i have 940MB of RAM, and my computer is 2005. Should i save up for a new computer? Or get new RAM? Plz help. and tell wut to get and where. thnx alot.
