You will need alot more than that, at least 2000-3000g. But it all depends on how many high level friends you have that are willing to help out.
In order to twink your rogue you'll need to get ran through specific dungeons what the best weapons and armour you can use at level 19. Too find out these youll have to search the internet as they change as new ones are released.
After you've got them then you'll need to have them all enchanted with the best enchants for your class, again you'll have to do some research to find out whats best for a twink rogue at the minute. The enchants will cost you the most as the materials are very expensive, only way to save on this is if a friend gets them for you for cheap/free and find someone to do them if he cant himself.
Then after you've got all the best gear and enchants, then finish off leveling to 19. Dont do this first or when you get ran through dungeons for weapons you may end up leveling past 19.
