Can i play wotlk without burning crusade or the regular wow? Would it be the full game?

No. It’s an expansion, and thus the original game is required.
BC is also required because you can’t even use any features from WotLK without finishing up BC. (You have to be 70 to go there, and the base game only lets you get to 60.)

Ok my warlock can only wear cloth its lvl 6 and its getting pwned by creatures, what do I’ve to do to be proficient with better armour?

You can only wear cloth, but you can try doing different things with a warlock so you dont get killed as much
Whenever you kill a creature, stand as far back as you can, since your a caster. Doing this, you should throw your DoTS up (dmg over tiem, corruption, curse of agony etc etc) then you’ll be able to shoot this creature with two shadow bolts, and then start casting a wand at him (found in your auction house of your major cities).

Ask any world of warcraft players and the urge to level faster and more effectively is stronger then ever.
